Email support@tomorra.app and a real person will reply. The most common answers are below.
Tomorra suggests the details it finds, and you check them before anything is saved. Tap any field to fix it. If the notice doesn’t say something, like a return time, the field stays blank for you to fill in.
For a clearer read, get the whole notice in the frame in good light. For messages and school-app updates, a screenshot works better than a photo of a screen.
You both need to be in the same household. On Home, tap the household names, then Invite, and send the link to the other adult. Once they’ve opened it, cards and ticks stay in sync whenever both phones are online.
Treat an invite link like a spare key: only send it to the adults you’re sharing with.
Tomorra reads notices on your phone. If you turn on Better scanning in Settings, the text Tomorra reads (not the photo) is sent to OpenAI to suggest clearer details. You still check everything before saving, and you can turn it off at any time.
Tomorra uses the photo to read the notice and doesn’t keep its copy after you save. Your original stays wherever it came from, like your camera roll or the group chat. The details you saved stay on the card.
