These terms apply when you use Tomorra’s website, web app or installed app. Tomorra is operated by ALIVE AND THRIVE PTY LTD in Victoria, Australia.
BETA TERMS · EFFECTIVE 16 SEPTEMBER 2026You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Tomorra is designed for parents and carers; it does not provide child accounts. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tomorra uses text recognition, rules and—only when you enable it—AI assistance to suggest dates, tasks, places, payments and other fields. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong.
You give us a limited permission to process, store and transmit your notice text and card data only as needed to operate, secure and support Tomorra. You must have the right to provide that content and should remove information that is unnecessary or especially sensitive.
If you invite another adult, they can see and change shared household content. Keep invite links private and send them only to the intended person.
You must not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, access another household without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operation, automate abusive traffic, or use Tomorra to monitor or exploit a child.
The current test build does not collect payment. If Tomorra Pro opens, the purchase screen will show the available plan, complete localised price, billing period, renewal terms and included features before you buy.
App-store purchases will be billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded under the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules and your consumer-law rights. A household subscription is intended to cover both adults. Paid features must provide ongoing value and remain available for the paid period, subject to these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what is kept, household sync, optional OpenAI processing, retention and deletion requests. You can turn off AI help in Settings.
We work to keep Tomorra available and protect saved data, but beta features may change, fail or be unavailable. Keep the original notice and do not rely on Tomorra as your only copy. We may suspend access reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law or stop misuse.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate extraction, missed notices, another household member’s actions, connectivity failures or third-party services. Where a legally implied guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of doing so.
We may update these terms as Tomorra changes. Material changes will be explained in an appropriate notice. Victorian law governs these terms, and courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights in your location.
